These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alloba Auth, an authentication service operated by idintiti ApS ("we", "us", "our"). By using the authentication service, you agree to these Terms.
Alloba Auth is a privacy-first authentication service. It allows you to sign in to participating applications using a one-time code sent to your email address. The authentication service does not store your email address in readable form or sell your personal data.
Alloba Auth is currently in invite-only early access. You must receive a valid invitation to create an account. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time if these Terms are violated.

The authentication service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the authentication service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed €100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the authentication service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
